We've created packages from our previously styled weddings & shoots, and given our new couples access to the styling of these events without charging a styling fee.
The idea? If you're happy to use one of our pre-styled concepts without requiring many changes, simply pay the hire and/or purchase cost of the items that you'd like included, plus on-the-day setup and pack down.
- Select 1-2 packages that you like
- Book a time to chat to Kat, our lead stylist, over zoom
- We'll build a quote with you live over zoom, recommending the items that will work best for your venue from the 1-2 themes you've selected
- We'll send you an itemised quote, with images, so you can go through and add comments, remove items and otherwise refine your quote until you're happy
- Once your quote is finalised, we'll send through a link to pay your 30% deposit to lock in the items for your day
- From there, you'll complete a brief with all the on-the-day information we'll need.
CUSTOM STYLING SERVICE
Let us create your dream wedding down to the finest detail. We'll not only create your concept, but we'll help you source or even custom make every item you need to make it come to life.
Our custom styling service includes the following:
- Bespoke concept creation
- Mood board and colour palette
- Your own styling mini-site (eg https://willowsageevents.com.au/laurent)
- Unlimited phone, text and email communications + zoom meetings
- Venue inspection attended by your lead stylist + on the day event manager
- 20% off our extensive hire range
- Sourcing and / or designing of all styling items required, including stationery, signage, candles, flowers, furniture, tableware, lighting, etc
- Vendor recommendations, negotiations and coordination
- A team of 2 for your on-the-day setup, styling and pack-down
