Ceremony + Reception Packages (Without Flowers)
These packages are perfect if you're looking for styling for your big day but have already selected a florist.
The below packages are built based on up to 80 guests. Please see the notes below for an additional cost per head for larger events.
Each package includes 2x 60 minute video consults plus unlimited email and text communication with our lead stylist to plan your items, as well as on-the-day setup and pack-down.
Note: prices are ex GST.
- Arch / ceremony backdrop
- Aisle runner / rug
- 24 guest chairs for ceremony seating
- Signing table & chairs
- Unlimited tealight candles & candle holders
- Table runners (if needed - usually for long tables rather than round tables)
- Table numbers
- Gift table styling (including wishing well)
- Cake table styling (including cake stand and servers)

- Comfort station (eg blankets, fans or umbrellas

- Premium candles as needed (pillar, taper, dinner, tealight..)
- Personalised seating chart & frame/easel
