Ceremony Packages (Without Flowers)

Already have a florist, or keen to DIY your flowers? See below for our standard ceremony packages without flowers. Of course, we can customise a package to suit your specific requirements - but these packages should give us a decent starting point to work from.

All ceremony packages include a 60-minute consult with our lead stylist to select your styling items and to plan any floral arrangements, plus Sydney-wide setup and pack-down by 2 team members (maximum 2 hour wait time).

Note: we can also tailor these packages to suit your specific requirements. Prices are ex GST.


  • Arch/backdrop
  • Signing table & chairs
  • Aisle runner or rug
  • 24 guest chairs


  • Everything in the basic package plus...
  • Personalised welcome sign
  • Display for confetti / rose petals / bubbles (confetti not included)
  • Lawn games
  • Comfort station (blankets, fans or umbrellas)
  • Styling items as needed (eg lanterns, rugs, candle holders)


  • Everything in the extras package plus...
  • Setup & styling of a grazing / drinks station (table, serving platters, grazing table sign, drinks dispensers and other items as needed from our hire range)
  • Food storage & prep (eg cutting fruit etc) - food can be supplied to us the day before the event, or alternatively if you have a caterer, they can deliver it straight to your venue for us to set up).
  • Ice and ice buckets for drinks
  • Glassware, napkins, plates etc as needed
